Prospects for developing a North–South joint venture complex

Since the announcement of the South-North Joint Declaration on June 15

during the historic inter-Korean summit, there have been remarkable changes in

South-North Korean relations. Also, the scope of the interchange has been

magnified and expanded to the military and cultural areas. Another noticeable

change is the conspicuous progress of inter-Korean economic cooperation in the

industrial sectors, especially in the information technology (IT) industry.
