ABSTRACT
This concluding chapter is divided into two parts. The first and longest part comprehensively draws together the findings of the six chapters in this book, and combines the theoretical, legal, institutional and empirical research into comprehensive findings on the notion of coherence in EU external relations. The second and shorter part of this chapter is a brief set of policy-oriented recommendations in bullet point format aimed at the practitioner rather than academic readership.
