ABSTRACT

This is a resource pack for teachers to use in classrooms to help students combat stress. More and more young people suffer from stress nowadays, some of it school-related, some of it generated from home or friends. There are many causes, be it revision or exam pressure, bullying, low self-esteem, family problems, relationship problems, eating disorders or something else. Teachers are often the first people to notice this stress manifest itself and are more than likely the people who will have to deal with it.
