ABSTRACT
This section is intended primarily for Local Education Authorities (LEAs) in England, parent partnership services, and organisations working in the field of disagreement resolution. It will also be relevant and of interest to parents and schools. It provides information on good practice on making arrangements for resolution of disagreements between parents and schools or LEAs about matters relating to special educational needs.
