Setting up local disagreement resolution, conciliation and mediation arrangements

In order to comply with the law, LEAs are required to set up local independent mediation and disagreement resolution arrangements. Many will already have informal and perhaps formal systems in operation, which will require review. It is fair to say that LEAs are likely to be at different stages of development in respect of such schemes.
