ABSTRACT
Among the objectives that have been laid down in the reform of the Structural Funds, Objective 2 concerns regions in industrial decline. The objective is to renovate the regions, employment areas and urban communities seriously affected by industrial decline and to facilitate the restructuring of declining industries.
