ABSTRACT
Besides the books discussed and conference reports, there are two more aspects of twentieth-century jurisprudence. The first is the fatwas pronounced by a recognized jurist or an official Mufti in response to an inquiry. The second refers to the researched opinion of leading theologians and jurists working individually or in groups.
