ABSTRACT
Short out-of-school visits are organized for pupils of all ages and abilities. Well integrated into the curriculum, they provide an exciting and stimulating experience for whole classes or smaller groups of children. Increasingly out-of-school activities are being demanded as part of the work expected for candidates for the new General Certificate of Secondary Education.
