ABSTRACT
I wrote the 1st 20 pages or so of W’s Cintra pamphlet. But I own my sympathy was W. himself – not much about the Convention – tho’ it was a disgraceful proceeding. W. was always subject to violent political humours – or accesses of feeling – I never was.
