ABSTRACT

This chapter looks at the very first stage of the MBA experience, joining the programme. The focus here is on setting up and establishing the kind of system we discussed in the previous chapter.

Most of this chapter is simple common sense. But it is important to approach the MBA methodically and with some pre-planning. Getting the right systems in place before and during the first week or so of the programme can make a big difference, and can reduce the pressure and make learning easier during the later stages.
