ABSTRACT

Most of us can (and probably always will) remember with painful clarity the courses we took as undergraduates. Lecture halls and classrooms that were always too hot or too cold...lecturer at the front droning on, making indecipherable marks on a chalkboard...class sitting in rows facing...trying not to fall asleep...taking down notes which one couldn’t read when it came time to revise for exams...focusing on just one aim, absorbing enough knowledge to get a decent mark at the end of term.
