ABSTRACT

It is sometimes difficult to know if someone is suffering from stress but some of the following may be tell-tale signs:

• greater indulgence in smoking, drinking or eating, or loss of appetite; • difficulty in making decisions and unable to face up to the reality of situations; • poor concentration and emotional outbursts; • loss of self-esteem; • feeling of isolation; • restlessness, nausea, headaches, muscle tension, dizzy spells, palpitations, general

feeling of fatigue or even exhaustion; • increased heart rate and sweating; • feelings of anxiety and anger arise.
