ABSTRACT
The play version of East is East has also enjoyed several reincarnations. It was produced at the Oldham Coliseum Theatre in 1999 with Kristine Landon-Smith directing. It enjoyed a run in May 1999 in New York at the Manhattan Theater Club, directed by Scott Elliott, and in March 2001 at the Leicester Haymarket Theatre, directed by Nona Shepphard.
