ABSTRACT
Gambling is an activity that was broadly legalised in many parts of the world during the last three decades of the twentieth century. Inspired by the phenomenal growth and economic success of Las Vegas, many other states, provinces and countries authorised a wide variety of forms of legal gambling including casinos for a variety of reasons, tourism development being one.
