ABSTRACT
The pastoralists’ cultural forms, on the other hand, do not create a sympathetic context for the construction of affective value or the location of these kinds of value within the landscape. Indeed, rather than encouraging people to have a deep concern for their immediate environment, their cultural forms make it quite difficult for them to do so.
