ABSTRACT
Dr Wenn decides to show her his latest invention, a time-stopper, that he had been keeping under wraps because of concern about the implications of global security if it should fall into the wrong hands. Under the influence of this machine, time stops for as long as the user wants to program in, both for them and for the rest of the universe.
