Mrs Brown, on the other hand, is not pregnant when she contracts the same flu bug, and is warned by her doctor to avoid becoming pregnant. Her doctor says that any baby conceived in the next six months will be born blind. Mrs Brown agrees that the arranging of pregnancies is a practical option for her, but declines to do it.
