ABSTRACT
A dictionary definition for ‘pedagogy’ is ‘the science of teaching’ with the given derivation from the Greek ‘to lead a boy’! This chapter will focus on the conditions in schooling which, seemingly, lead girls to learn effectively and with commitment in science and technology education, to their own personal enrichment and to the benefit of the society to which they belong.
