ABSTRACT
This research used personal interviews, questionnaires, scales and inventories as data gathering techniques, and repetition of responses across the various measures aimed to increase the validity and reliability of the data obtained. Verbatim quotations made by the interviewees have also been incorporated into the results to add validity and to eliminate interviewer bias in the interpretation of the data.
