ABSTRACT
Sotsialisticheskaya Industria included Lukyanenko’s comments in a critical report on a recent plenum of the party organisation for the Kiev region, which includes Chernobyl.
The newspaper said the plenum devoted only one paragraph of a 78 page report to the power plant and commented that it could not share the opinion of Kiev regional party leader, N.Donchenko, who said everything was fine at Chernobyl.
