ABSTRACT
The term Information and Communication Technology (ICT) was introduced in the National Curricula of England and Wales (DfEE, 1999) to define a set of tools used to process and communicate information. You may be more familiar with the term Information Technology (IT), which is more often used in the international business world to describe the same tools.
