Introducing the Feature

In Environmental Interpretation, the Interpreter is often in a position to control these matters to a certain extent, and very important they are. If the Feature’s message is to be heard, understood and respected, the Visitor needs to be made suitably welcome and comfortable. Distractions should be minimised, and the actual introduction to the Feature must be properly planned.
