From the viewpoints of the hydraulic
systems as power transmission systems, they
consist basically of power sources (hydraulic pumps), control-elements (valves), and actuators (hydraulic motors and cylinders). These components have many bearing/seal parts. Then,
the systems depend deeply on the tribological
characteristics of these parts.
