ABSTRACT
In relation to England and Wales, Part 12 (General) of the PHA 1936 is incorporated in the CAA 1993 through sect. 62 of that Act with a parallel provision for Scotland.
Those notes on pages 12-15 under the following headings relating to the PHAs are therefore applicable to the procedures in this chapter:

Extent
These procedures are applicable in England, Wales and Scotland, with the substitution of authorities and bodies appropriate to the structure of government in that country, but not to Northern Ireland (sect. 68).
