ABSTRACT
CNS drug delivery strategies, then the fate of the overall CNS drug development mission could be much different.
However, in spite of the lack of funding and resources dedicated to CNS drug delivery, some new approaches are emerging with considerable potential, particularly those based on the exploitaton of natural transport mechanisms.
