ABSTRACT
Description: Tritanrix HepB is a combined vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and hepatitis B. It is a combination of two previously marketed vaccines: DTPw′ containing diphtheria toxoid, tetanus toxoid, and pertussis inactivated strain; and Engerix-B, a recombinant vaccine containing the major surface antigen of the hepatitis B virus. Tritanrix HepB is presented as a suspension for intramuscular injection.
