ABSTRACT

Description: Ecokinase is a recombinant, nonglycosylated, modified form of human tissue plasminogen activator (tPA). It is produced in Escherichia coli by recombinant DNA technology and is presented in a lyophilized form to be reconstituted before intravenous administration using a solvent-filled syringe.
