ABSTRACT
A naso-orbital maxillary osteotomy that combines an intra-oral pre-maxillary osteotomy, but which does not include the posterior maxilla or infra-orbital rims. The nasal capsule and medial orbital skeleton only are mobilized. Palatal osteotomy similar to a Wunderer pattern osteotomy may be required for completion. This operation is unsuitable for cleft patients.
