chapter  43
Add differentials
Pages 2

Another approach is to give a mark for the overall group product, but negotiate differentials between group members. For example, in a group of four members, award the group product 65 per cent, then ask the group to divide up (4 × 65 per cent) according to the way they feel the work was shared. You may need to decide whether to leave the differentials entirely to the group, or to make a ruling (for example) that a maximum differential should be 20 per cent.
