ABSTRACT

Casson’s research looked at dramatherapy with clients with mental health problems who were encountering auditory hallucinations, and who had a variety of diagnoses including schizophrenia and paranoid schizophrenia. They were asked about their opinions of their ongoing dramatherapy work. Their comments included:
