ABSTRACT
Victims of previous traumatic incidents are referred for a surgical opinion or for treatment of a known surgical disease just as other patients with no such previous history. Often the relationship between prior trauma and well-defined somatic dysfunction is a straightforward case for surgical correction. These situations are not the focus of this chapter.
