ABSTRACT
The experiment considered an input (an e-mail message) sent by the author of the work “Denuncias por Violencia Policial” (“Police Violence Denounces”) published by FLACSO-Chile in August 2001. In this e-mail, I succinctly explain the main results of this work underlining as a main finding the important increase of citizens’ allegations of police violence between 1990 and the year 2000. In this e-mail, I ask recipients to visit a website containing a summary of this work and free access to the whole document (Annex I). Additionally, I encouraged recipients to send me feedback and comments regarding my work.
