ABSTRACT
Local agglomerated production systems have become a popular research commodity and are fast approaching the status of a paradigm. At the core of this paradigm is the belief that all economics is indeed local and that a locally anchored viewpoint offers the best chance to understand the perplexing transformations occurring in the economic world system.2
