ABSTRACT

Because, as a result of globalization, the world has become one big market, the adage is that no bank, industrial organization, or merchandising firm can stay out of global networking and still survive. This may be an exaggeration, but at the same time it describes a trend that dominated the last decade and shows no sign of abating. Globality and connectivity are the driving forces behind the Internet. Web access is today what the telephone was in the post-World War II years.
