ABSTRACT
This checklist is designed to be used by one or more observers watching a single Critical Incident. Rather than the more reflective questions posed of the participants themselves, this checklist asks observers to quantify strengths and weaknesses. The aim is to benefit the observers during the interview as much as the participants during the feedback.
