There­are­some­good­arguments­for­making­this­the­first­chapter.­Obviously­one­could­ask­ ‘How­can­you­remediate­before­you­diagnose?’­Well.­I’ve­put­this­chapter­almost­at­the­ end of the book on the basis that it is not possible to diagnose until you understand the problems.
