ABSTRACT
One thing I have learnt which is of great help and affords great relief: to trust the power of the matrix, ‘because the health of the group lies in the group’. I participated in the supervision of my group work during the three blocks a year, and I attended continuous supervision between the blocks, since this was required for qualification. The dual supervision helped me to compare and evaluate block and continuous supervision.
