Chapter 18 A User/Survivor perspective: what's behind the evidence?

The original title to this chapter was to be The user perspective: which evidence should be provided by research?'. I've decided to rename it ‘A User/Survivor perspective: what's behind the evidence?’ because I wanted to broaden it out to discuss some of the background influences that drive the search for ‘evidence’. I will, however, be covering what evidence I feel research should be providing.
