ABSTRACT
This essay will address some of the challenges facing landscape architects and designers who are working with sites and projects that involve remediation or engineering intensive design processes. The case study describes the design process of the Homebush Bay Olympic Site Master Concept Design, focusing specifically on the Northern Water Feature and wetland elements of the project designed by Hargreaves Associates, landscape architects.
