ABSTRACT
Before a development project can proceed it will need permission. In most cases this will involve the need for planning permission although other consents may also be required. Approval under the building regulations, scheduled monument consent, conservation area consent or listed building consent could all be required. Each will be concerned about different aspects of a proposal.
