ABSTRACT
There are many sources of information on construction quality and quality standards-international, European and national. A number of databases carry standards information on line, or on CD-ROM discs. European and national organizations listed provide information relevant to their particular sectors in construction. Some services are free; others make a charge. Some restrict use to subscribers. Some professional institutions, research and standards bodies, and specialist publishers and bookshops issue catalogues or booklists-usually annual, and available free. The standards databases to which the BSI Library has access are listed first. Publication series issued by European, UK and other national organizations, and a selected list of annuals and reference books, follow.
