ABSTRACT
The politics associated with the laws, restrictions, and accessibility of firearms is one of the most divisive and hotly contested subjects in US society. It is more than a political debate, it is a social debate that has been among the most contentious and intractable issues in American politics (Chemerinsky 2004). The politics are clear and the problems in society from the use of firearms are becoming clearer.
