ABSTRACT
8.1 The Insurance Act 2015 is a significant development, as it is the first time in more than a century that rules concerning insurance law have been amended; 1 and one area where the impact of the reform will be felt is insurance warranties. Throughout the book, potential impacts of the law reform on legal principles and standard insurance clauses have been evaluated. Here, a number of observations and tentative predictions will be made as to the impact of law reform on insurance practice and development of law.
