ABSTRACT

While entering a link in the URL or File field of the Folio Overlays panel is the simplest way to create a web content overlay, it has its limitations-only links to entire HTML pages are supported. The code required to include content excerpted from YouTube or Google Maps for example, is more involved than the Folio Overlays panel is equipped to handle. Fortunately, InDesign provides another means to include HTML in a web content overlay. But first, you must retrieve the necessary source code.
