ABSTRACT
This chapter highlights the role of culture in cross-border cooperation. In order to do so the authors take a closer look at the Mid-Scandinavian regions Jämtland and Tröndelag, located in Sweden and Norway, respectively. Jämtland is 600 km from Stockholm and Tröndelag is 500 km from Oslo.
