ABSTRACT
There is a vast literature devoted to the design and use of evaluation instruments and a wealth of experience to complement it. Our aim in this chapter is to provide a starter pack with enough guidance to help a school set up a limited mailing. We have, however, included a list of sources for further reading which provides a more comprehensive overview for those wishing to pursue this topic in greater depth.
