ABSTRACT
The use of e-mail within curriculum projects has become well established in the UK and many other countries. The medium provides speedy access, a sense of urgency and feedback which is almost immediate, provided that all the partners involved recognise these as aims to be pursued. Teachers working with students with special educational needs (SEN) have found there are particular benefits for these young learners.
