ABSTRACT
Since the early 1990s bullying has become the panic to eclipse all panics. In fact it could be said that bullying has now ceased to be a panic as such, as concern about it is now incessant. The profile given to bullying and more particularly the obligatory anti-bullying policies generated are damaging to children and should be scrapped.
