ABSTRACT
The Data Subject’s consent is one of the ‘conditions’ for fair processing set out in Schedule 2 of the Act (see Appendix 2). Any processing is unfair if it does not meet at least one of the six conditions which are, in brief:
• Processing with the consent of the Data Subject.
