ABSTRACT
Training is an essential element in the development of community education. Various individuals and organisations have been surveyed through the years to ascertain what types of activities are needed to enhance and sustain the field of community education. Leadership development and community education training are always near the top of the priorities. Thus it is that the National Center for Community Education (NCCE) plays a major role in the advancement of this concept.
